I love Ant-Man so much, but at this point the Black Panther is an unknown. He would eventually beat Scott due to his fighting knowledge I think. Plus did you SEE how fast he runs in that trailer!!!
Despite the size/strength advantage I think Panther has Lang outmatched in fighting skill.
Black panther would win bc his suit is vibranium.
